Frequently Asked Questions

Studio Pierson provides graphic design and creative services for businesses, brands, and individuals. Services include brand identity design, logos, print collateral, digital campaigns, website design, and social media content. I also take on custom projects such as wedding stationery, event signage, and product packaging.
-
I can design a standalone logo, but I recommend investing in a full brand identity. A logo is only one piece of your brand. A complete identity includes colors, typography, and visual style that work together to tell your story and connect with your audience. It is worth the investment because it ensures your brand feels consistent, professional, and memorable across every touchpoint.
-
Yes. I design and customize websites on Squarespace, WordPress, Shopify, and Wix. Each platform has different strengths:
Squarespace is ideal for small businesses, service providers, and portfolios.
WordPress is highly customizable for blogs, larger sites, or advanced functionality.
Shopify is the best choice for e-commerce and product-based businesses.
Wix is flexible for creative layouts and quick launches.
All websites I create are mobile-friendly, SEO-ready, and tailored to your brand identity.

Delivery – You receive final files in all the formats you need for print and digital use.
-
Yes. A 50% deposit is due upon booking. The remaining balance can be divided into two milestone payments tied to project progress. This makes payments more manageable while keeping the project moving smoothly.
-
I offer add-on services that can be customized to fit your needs. Common add-ons include extra website pages, blog setup, social media templates, and print collateral. We will review any extras during your project so you know the pricing upfront and can decide what works best for your goals and budget.
-
Pricing depends on the project. For example:
Logo design starts with a flat project rate.
Hourly design work is available for ongoing or retainer projects.
Custom quotes are provided upfront so you always know what to expect.
-
Yes. I create business cards, brochures, invitations, packaging, and event signage. I also prepare files for professional printing so your final product looks polished and high quality.
-
Send save the dates 6 to 8 months before your wedding, and mail invitations 8 to 10 weeks before the date. For destination weddings, mail 12 to 16 weeks out. That means we should start designing about 4 to 5 months ahead, which leaves room for concepts, revisions, printing, and assembly without anyone rushing. If you want letterpress, foil, or embossing, add another 2 to 3 weeks.
-
Final pricing depends on guest count, how many pieces are in the suite, the printing method, and any specialty finishes like letterpress, foil, embossing, or wax seals. Day-of signage is quoted separately. You get a full quote before any design work begins, so there are no surprises.
-
A standard suite is the invitation, an RSVP card, a details card, and envelopes. From there you can add save the dates, envelope liners, wax seals, belly bands, vellum wraps, and a custom monogram. The suite gets built around what your wedding actually needs rather than a fixed package.
-
Yes. Welcome signs, seating charts, bar and cocktail menus, place setting menus, table numbers, unplugged ceremony signs, and memorial signs. Most couples carry the design from their invitation suite through to the day-of pieces so the whole wedding reads as one idea instead of a set of separate decisions.
-
Either works. I can manage printing end to end through trusted trade printers, including digital, letterpress, foil, and blind embossing, and handle paper stock, finishes, and assembly. If you would rather print on your own, I prepare press-ready files with correct bleed, color profiles, and specs so your printer has everything they need.
-
Yes. Planners bring me in as their paper and signage partner on weddings and events. I handle design, print coordination, and delivery, which means one less vendor for the planner to chase. Recent work includes the printed branding for the Golden Hour Social, hosted by the Wedding Planners Collective.
-
